Secure payment

All prices shown on this site include VAT. Accepted means of payment are Paypal, credit/debit card and bank transfer. Card payment is made through secure Paypal gateway, therefore, we do not gain access to any bank customer data.

Shipping

To place an order it is not necessary to be registered on the web. The shipping address may be different from the billing address (if you want to send a gift, for example). If you send a gift, the package may include a note with the message you want. We don't use overpack, our products are shipped in reusable cloth bags.

Expenses

In the order process, the postage is automatically calculated, prices are as follows (including VAT):

Delivery

Product availability is always visible:

• If "immediate delivery" orders placed on working days before 15:00 h will bo shipped that evening, the rest will will be shipped on the next business day.
• If "available in 2-3 days", orders need some preparation and will be send as soon as possible, within 3 days.

We'll send you an email when we shipped the order with a tracking number.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have 15 days to return it to us. Email us at [email protected] or do it directly from your user account, indicating the reason for return:

• If product is defective or we are wrong model / size / color, we will send someone to pick you up the product and we will send it free again.
• If otherwise, you must assume the shipping to our warehouse.

Refunds will be by the same method that you paid us, upon receipt of the product.
