The idea of this illustration comes from the intelligent disobedience, a concept of training guide dogs. Is the capacity to understand when an order is dangerous and so refuse to obey it. The feather, as a metaphor for intelligence, rebels and says No. Civil disobedience is another form of intelligent disobedience.
